Hailing from Rajasthan in India, Ms. Parwani’s father, Shanti Prakash, was a government servant, and her mother, Maya, was a home maker, Ms. Parwani has three sisters and a brother. She graduated in Human Resources. She got married soon after and reached Dubai in 1999.

Ms. Parwani started her career as a human resource professional with Al Futtaim Group in 2004. She then joined Oman Insurance where she learnt aboout family wealth and financial security. Ms. Parwani had the opportunity to work closely with some of the best corporate leaders, watching them in their decision-making, financial acumen, and leadership qualities.

In 2013, Ms. Parwani started her own advisory in 2014 as iCare Insure and that evolved in 2018 as much larger brokerage firm as LPH Insurance Brokers LLC, which helps individuals and corporates in financial well-being, succession planning, financial security, health insurance, savings and life insurance. Growing customer confidence helped Ms. Parwani to achieve success very fast, and she qualified for both Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and the Top-of-The-Table honours from her first year in the profession, a performance she continued for seven consecutive years, making her one of the most successful in the industry in the UAE.

She is a very active person who loves to try new things. She loves to dance and is active in the golfing scene in the UAE. She loves to take up new things and loves the challenges in each. She is also a well-known philanthropist who contributes to many causes in the UAE.

Ms. Parwani is a single parent who has a daughter and son. Her daughter, Hener (PLEASE CHECK THIS SPELLING) is 23 and has been working for the past four years in Dubai, and her son, Moksh, 15, is a 10th standard student.
